Citizens for Responsible Government (CRG) is a 501c4 issues advocacy organization headquartered in Monticello (Greater Tallahassee), Florida. CRG was founded by Monticello native Mike Willis and Tallahassee operative Patrick Slevin.

MIKE WILLIS

PRESIDENT

Mike Willis is co-founder and president of Citizens for Responsible Government. A sixth generation North Florida native, Willis has launched multiple businesses, is a landowner, land manager, cattleman, and successful advocate in rural communities. His reputation for being firm, but fair has led to multiple bipartisan campaigns affecting municipal elections and key votes on various public policies and issues.

PATRICK SLEVIN

VICE PRESIDENT

Patrick Slevin is co-founder and vice president of campaigns and advocacy at CRG. Slevin began his public affairs and advocacy career over 25 years ago when he was elected one of the youngest Florida mayors in the nation at the age of 27 in 1996. Since then, Slevin has influenced legislative policy at the local, state, and federal levels in over 20 states. He leads his national public affairs consulting practice out of Tallahassee, and presents a reputation for getting high-profile, high-stakes projects across the finish line.
